We are directly compensated only by our clients, never your banks or managers.

Step 1: Diagnostic & Audit.

We begin with an in-depth analysis of your investor profile, risk appetite, and objectives. Our audit covers every aspect of your current bank or manager’s relationship: service levels, all explicit and hidden fees, and real performance delivered.

Step 2: Tender & Selection.

We oversee a competitive, anonymous tender across Swiss private banks and managers. You gain full transparency on every proposal. Together we select, negotiate and formally appoint the best institution, based on data—not bias.

Step 3: Independent Supervision.

Your ongoing supervision is our commitment. We monitor fees, performance, mandate attribution, and daily operations. If performance or cost benchmarks aren’t met, we drive continuous improvement with re-evaluation as needed.

We maintain zero commercial ties or fee-sharing agreements with banks, managers, or anyone else. Our only revenue comes from you, our client, through transparent, pre-agreed fees.

All mandates are governed by written agreements. We publicly reject all retrocessions and never accept incentives or third-party compensation—fully aligned with Swiss FIDLEG and MiFID II principles.
